Beta Testing Program
System Update - December 26, 2024
Thank you to all our beta testers! Your feedback has been invaluable in improving the system.
What's New:
- Automatic Ranking Lookup - When you register, the system automatically looks up your HK Veteran ranking based on your name, weapon, and category. Note: Your name must match exactly with HKFA/FIE records. If your name differs, manual update will be required.
- Automatic Payment Reminders - If you haven't submitted payment proof within 48 hours, you'll receive a friendly reminder email
- Confirmation Emails - Registration confirmation emails are now sent from info@hkvfa.com with your reference number and payment instructions
- Multi-Weapon Support - Fencers competing in multiple weapons will see correct rankings for each weapon
- Payment Proof Upload - Easy upload of FPS/PayMe/Alipay screenshots

What is this?
This is a new online registration and payment system for HKVFA veteran fencing tournaments. We are testing this system before the official launch.
As a beta tester, you will help us find any issues and improve the system.
How it works
Step 1: Register Online
Fill in the registration form with your details (name, club, weapon, date of birth, etc.)
Step 2: Receive Confirmation Email
You will receive an email from info@hkvfa.com with your reference number and payment instructions.
Step 3: Make Payment (Testing Only)
In the live system, payment will be via FPS, PayMe, or Alipay HK within 3 days.
Step 4: Submit Payment Proof
Upload any photo to test the upload function.

Important: Include your reference number (HKV-XXXX-XXX) in the payment remarks so we can match your payment!

操作流程
第一步：網上報名
填寫報名表格，包括姓名、會所、劍種、出生日期等資料。
第二步：收取確認電郵
您將收到由 info@hkvfa.com 發出的電郵，內含參考編號及付款指示。
第三步：繳付報名費（僅供測試）
正式系統將透過 FPS、PayMe 或支付寶香港於 3 日內繳付。
第四步：提交付款證明
上傳任何圖片以測試上傳功能。
